pavilion started with an exploration of tetrahedral growth schemes from random point clouds.\u00a0 In this investigation we were looking at different means for generating a structural growth scheme that would either migrate from one side of the lot to the other, or, start in the middle and span outward.\u00a0 the membrane was then considered as a series of kites that would develop a similar logic but which also deviated at certain moments, thus sometimes coincident with the structure and at other time independent.\u00a0 This project was part of our entry for the International Conference on Topological Optimzation and Structural Morphology.\u00a0 Design team: Peter Macapia, Mria Lee, Day Jimenez, Andres Mendoza, Martial Marquet.\u00a0 Rob Baker and Charles Kwan helped with the scripting.<\/p>\n
